CANCELLATION AND WEBSITE TRANSFER

If the customer cancels before 12 months, an additional month’s fee will be charged to process the website transfer to their account. Upon transfer, lead capture forms, advanced integrations, advanced SEO optimization, and high-speed performance, among other benefits, will no longer be provided by Clicknition and will become the customer’s responsibility. Clicknition will transfer the WordPress pages to the customer’s account without the additional services included during the subscription period.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Clicknition reserves the right to cancel a customer’s membership at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If no payments are received, the website will be taken down, and all optimization efforts will be lost.

CONTROL OF GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE

By subscribing to our SEO services, you agree to grant Clicknition control of your Google Business Profile. You acknowledge and consent that Clicknition will make changes to your Google Business Profile to optimize it for higher ranking in search engine results. You also agree that Clicknition is not responsible and will not be held liable for any suspension or issues with your Google Business Profile, regardless of the cause.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Clicknition offers a Referral Program that allows customers to earn a 10% discount for each successful referral. The following conditions apply:

• You may refer an unlimited number of new clients to Clicknition, but you can earn a maximum of three (3) 10% discounts, equating to a total possible discount of 30%.
• A referral is considered successful when the referred individual:
  1. Signs up for Clicknition services.
  2. Remains an active customer after their first paid month.
• Once the referred individual completes their first paid month, you will be eligible to receive your 10% discount, which will be applied to your next billing cycle.
• Referred individuals can only be referred once, and duplicate referrals of the same person are not permitted.
• Clicknition reserves the right to disqualify any referral or discount in cases of suspected fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these terms, and Clicknition reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

YOU MUST NOT:

• Publish Clicknition material
• Sell, rent or sublicense material from Clicknition
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy Clicknition material
• Redistribute content from Clicknition
• This Agreement shall commence on the date hereof.

Parts of this website provide an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Clicknition does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. The comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Clicknition, its agents and/or affiliates.
